We have had a lot of fun trying new receipes with Massbach wine the past weeks and selecting the best matches for Saturday night.
Simple, easy and delicious are the only criteria.
I want to share one of our creations that will make your mouth sing and add a little spice to your life.
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon Jalapeno Lime oil
Enjoy with drinking a glass or two of St. Pepin.
The lime and fruity St. Pepin taste great. Then the jalapeno reminds you it is there; have another sip of wine and enjoy the flavors!
We are getting our much needed moisture in the vineyard right now! Since I can’t be outside working in the vines, I am learning how to blog.
I am looking forward to sharing information and video so you can follow the vines and wines through this season. Last year at the this time, we had a couple inches of growth on the vines. You aren’t going to see that for another week or two at least with our cool temps that we’ve had the last month.
Spring will eventually explode with new growth and 2013’s gift of wonderful grapes and wine.
